OUR STORY

It was 5 pm January the 7 2014,  Driving all over DFW area and could not find a real authentic, genuine orginal Philly Cheese steak.  Being born and raised in North Philly in a small home on the 2900 block of 2nd st and Cambria right in the middle of them all where the $3.00 Hoagies and the $6.00 Cheese Steak was an almost an everyday lunch or dinner.

 

Boy was he so crushed not having that luxury of eating a savory P.C.S. here in the DFW area. It was that day January 7th when the idea Jr's Philly Cheese Steak was born.  JR quickly began the first steps of fidning a place and getting all the licences, permits & the right Philly products. It had to be done right and original starting from the Amoroso italian bread to the famous philly steak along with the secret cheese sauce.

Exactly a month later JR teamed up with friends and despite the slim odds, they moved forward believing that they would succeed if they did things differently than your standard neighborhood steak shop. The formula is simple. Give them more for less and do it well. Executing the formula with the best customer service is part of philadelphian experience.  There is a reason why they call Philadelphia the city of brotherly love, when you visit us at one of our locations and meet Jr and the team you will feel the philly love.
